Our Lean & Sculpt fitness program includes:


1) unlimited access to our super Fitness Kick-Boxing classes including resistance training. Our classes are motivating with ongoing inspiration with plenty of coaching and encouragement from your instructors.

2) Personal counseling and tracking with biweekly meetings to check on your progress. The course also includes biweekly physical assessment testing. We keep stats on your body measurements, weight, body fat, strength, flexibility, and take before and after pictures to show your improvements.

3) Nutritional counseling including daily meal schedule, recipes, and world class nutritional supplements.
