Classes For everyone
We offer Health and Fitness Programs including Fitness Kickboxing and Zumba. We also have Personal Training programs available to meet your personal and unique fitness goals.
When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
Throughout her life, Judy has practiced yoga off and on and in many forms, enjoying the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits while living a life separate from her practice. In 2012, she decided to make a commitment to continuing her life’s journey practicing yoga everyday and in every way. In the last year, she has found a great opening to love and a release from self-judgment through her practice and exploration of Hatha, Bhakti, and Tantra yoga.
Our Lean & Sculpt Kick-Boxing program partners the super workout of our Fitness Kick-Boxing training program with a comprehensive nutritional counseling service and our world class nutritional supplements to help you achieve the results you’ve always dreamed of.
